Brandon Colbert, founder of Brandon Colbert Solutions (BCS), brings a unique and proven approach to corporate communication. With a foundation in sociology from the University of Michigan and over 15 years of experience in Learning and Development training and educational program design, he has developed proven methodologies to bridge communication gaps in the workplace.

Beyond his work with BCS, Brandon is an emerging thought leader in the interpersonal communication field. His expertise in talent development is underscored by his CPTD certification from ATD, demonstrating his mastery of industry best practices. He is the creator and host of the ‘Say This’ podcast, a resource dedicated to providing practical communication tools for navigating challenging human behaviors. Currently, Brandon serves as a Learning and Development leader for BDO, further solidifying his hands-on experience in the corporate environment. His diverse experience and commitment to practical application make him a sought-after expert in the field of corporate communication. When he’s not deciphering workplace dynamics, Brandon can be found in Grand Rapids, MI, practicing his communication skills on his most challenging audience: his wife and 2-year old son.
