BCS: Coaching Services

The following deliverables are included in all of our individual coaching packages:
Identify client strengths, skills, and opportunities for improved communication, and help you to increase your self-awareness in reading others in order to know how to effectively communicate .
Provide training that focuses on the development of interpersonal skills to help participants interact with others and succeed in the workplace.
Provide personalized coaching on how to handle customer and employee interactions including strategies for responding to difficult people, emotions, and frustrating behaviors as well as other tips to achieve positive results.
Help you develop a clear plan for developing and applying learned soft skills in any given work environment. We will identify the skills and training you need to develop and map out the steps needed to communicate effectively with others.

Coaching Call Package

In the Coaching Call package, the focus is primarily on coaching a client through a short-term event or situation. It is recommended for clients who need expertise on how to deal with a specific communication behavior or problem in the short term. Our goal is to equip you with the ability to interpret what certain behaviors mean and develop a strategy that specifically targets the communication barrier causing the behavior.
2 Developmental Coaching Session Zoom Calls 1-Hour
  • Includes two 1-hour Zoom or phone call sessions. One of those sessions can be used as a foundational goal and scope coaching session.

Single Training Course Package

This training package is designed for clients who are looking to acquire knowledge around a specific skill through interactive and educational training in a specific area such as Conflict, Emotional Intelligence, or Customer Service. The course will provide clients with strategies and tools and new knowledge for developing better practices.
Development Training Course
  • Includes a virtual 2-hour interactive training course taught by a live instructor on one of the current topics: Confronting Conflict, Emotional Intelligence, Dealing with Difficult People, and Professionalism. Additional topics can be taught and customized as needed.

Basic Comprehensive Coaching Program 8-Weeks

This Coaching Program is designed for the client who is looking for a comprehensive professional development program. This 8-week program consists of 1 on 1 coaching calls, educational training classes and skills development, planning, and field assignments. At the end of the program, learners will have demonstrated improved work performance, more effective communication skills, increased self-awareness, and more positive interpersonal interactions with co-workers and customers.

Total Foundational Goal and Scope Development Coaching Zoom Session

  • This session is designed to establish client goals, build rapport, and lay the framework and road map of the following steps and expected outcomes toward achieving developed goals.

4 Development Coaching Zoom Session

  • In these sessions, we will finalize client goals, identify the specific challenges and skill gaps, develop individualized tools and strategies to overcome existing barriers, and commit to implementing them.

3 Developmental Coaching Class

  • Includes a virtual 2-hour interactive training course taught by a live instructor on one of the current topics: Confronting Conflict, Emotional Intelligence, Dealing with Difficult People, and Professionalism. Additional topics can be taught and customized as needed.

Skills Development Plan

  • Following the Foundational Goal and Scope Zoom session a customized Skill and Development plan will be created and followed by the client in order to have a planned, scheduled and identifiable skills that are expected to learn through the process. The client will clearly understand what’s expected of them and what milestone points should be reached during the coaching program

Premium Comprehensive Coaching Package 12-Weeks

This 12-week program package aims to identify specific skills and core knowledge required to demonstrate expertise in Emotional Intelligence, Conflict Resolution, Feedback Skills, Customer Service, Professionalism, Tact, and Handling Difficult Conversations. Learners will apply this information to their workplace.

  • Our training development booklet is designed to help learners retain and apply the lessons taught throughout each course. It also serves as a keepsake for clients to reflect on strategies, tools, and communication techniques that they have learned following the completion of the program.

Skill Development Plan

  • Following the Foundational Goal and Scope Zoom session a customized Skill and Development plan will be created and followed by the client in order to have a planned, schedule,d and identifiable skills that are expected to learn through the process. The client will clearly understand what’s expected of them and what milestone points should be reached during the coaching program.

30-Day Follow up and Optional Zoom Call

  • This follow-up reinforces improved habits and behavior. Once the coaching program is over, keeping the momentum is essential. In this 1-hour session we will review the Assessment Coaching Report and Skill Development plans in order to ensure the client is in a position to have long-lasting success as they continue to reach their learning goals.

Coaching Assessment Report

  • The Coaching Report displays information about a participant’s progress during the program. It can be used for further coaching and feedback for developing communication skills. The Coaching report will identify critical development areas that should be focused on moving forward.
