The ability to effectively communicate is crucial in any workplace setting, However individuals with different personality styles may require tailored approaches to ensure clear and effective communication.

Communicating with different personality styles is an Introductory workshop that explores various personality styles in order to learn strategies to communicate with each style effectively. The course will have a focus on enhancing understanding and adapting communication techniques to connect with individuals who have different preferences and tendencies.  This training provides tools and techniques to use when conflict is rooted in differing styles and how to adjust one’s style to get their desired outcomes. Communicating with different personality styles takes an introspective look at how personality can affect communication and what signs to look for to determine someone else’s style to turn a negative situation into a positive one.  This course will challenge participants to rethink how they see others. Taught in an interactive style with challenge scenarios to keep participants engaged, this course will help participants develop healthier relationships and communicate more effectively.
